Tao is Senior Specialist - RAN control protocols, in Integrated RAN Engineering Unit within Ericsson based in Stockholm, Sweden. She is responsible for driving the standard compliant control signalling implementation and securing strategic system solutions of RAN control plane.
Tao joined Ericsson since 2008 and over the past years has worked with standardization, system development, and product management in 4G and 5G. Tao has long experience with 3GPP standardization spanning Service & System aspects in 3GPP, Core Network and Terminals and RAN groups. She was part of the Ericsson initiative creating pre-standard 5G specification with UE partner. She has strong interests in innovative solution and creating new technology. In her spare time, she likes reading, Yoga, being with family and friends.
Tao holds a M.Sc. degree in Digital Communication Systems and Technology from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden.
