Théo Jaekel

Théo’s role as a Legal Counsel and business and human rights expert involves driving Ericsson’s human rights strategy across the company. He is the subject matter expert on human rights and works closely with other functions in ensuring Ericsson’s responsibility to respect human rights is embedded in policies, procedures and targets. He also represents Ericsson in different industry and stakeholder organizations such as the Global Network Initiative. Théo has a legal background and has worked with business and human rights in different capacities at other companies, law firms and civil society organizations
