Thomas Chapman

Thomas Chapman works as 3GPP standardization delegate in RAN4 (radio performance) topics, based at Ericsson Standards & Technology in Stockholm Sweden.

He has been closely involved  in development and standardization of 3G, 4G and 5G physical layer specifications and associated technologies since 2002.

Thomas holds a Ph.D. from Manchester University, UK.
