Thomas Kinnman

Thomas Kinnman is heading the AI and Automation development within Business Area Managed Services at Ericsson, responsible for leading innovation, prototyping and development of high quality and globally scalable AI and Automation applications.

Thomas Kinnman has 22 years of experience in the OSS/BSS/ICT industry and earned his Master’s degree at the Royal Technical Institute in Stockholm (KTH), faculty of “Management of Industrial Control Systems” and has complemented with several executive and MBA programs.

Thomas joined Ericsson as head of OSS/BSS sales in the Nordics and Baltics through the acquisition of the consulting company Teleca OSS. Thomas has since then held several positions, including three years in Moscow heading up Ericsson’s OSS/BSS practice in Northern Europe and Central Asia, as global Head of Strategy for OSS & Service Enablement and before taking on his current position he served as the global Head of OSS Product Management, including 10+ products in the areas of: Network Management, Orchestration, Fulfillment, Assurance and Analytics.
