Yalu Fan is a Researcher at Ericsson ConsumerLab. She has over a decade of experience across Northeast Asia and Europe with extensive experience in consumer insights and marketing strategy. As a researcher she works on uncovering consumer insights and evaluating key trends that impact Ericsson and its customers future direction and strategy. Her lately researches are focusing on new and emerging technology especially 5G on GTM strategy, monetization, consumer use case development and ecosystem partnership. She is co-author of Ericsson’s biggest ever 5G consumer study “Five ways to a better 5G” study and a core member of Ericsson Startup 5G program, the first 5G consumer market development and startup accelerator program together with global 5G startups and telcos.
