For most of our technical positions, you will be asked to fill out an online technical and competency test as the first step within our selection process, after which a short call with a recruiter will be organized.
Based on your answers, we will have a better understanding on your profile, preferences and the matching job opportunities.
The candidates who best match the criteria for the position will move on to the next step in the process — the online interview with the Hiring Manager(s). You will have the opportunity to meet one or more hiring managers from our business areas and learn more about our exciting developments and products.
You may receive an offer as a last step of the recruitment process.
