Ericsson Live RAN Insights (ELRI)

The ELRI Service - provides a near Real Time (nRT) monitoring (customer/end user) system dashboard for Ericssons - key 4G & 5G RAN KPIs for major sporting/cultural events, traffic hot spots (train stations) or key golden clusters (financial/security hubs).

It enables fast sub-minute (1 or 3 min RoP) level KPI monitoring - for fast critical node or cell issue identification to help resolve RAN network issues - before they impact the CSPs subscribers.

The service can be deployed in both self performing CSPs or CSPs that need Ericsson SME mitigation, optimization or assurance expertise (Ericsson NDO, NPI or other services). Both scenarios can be supported - the CSP has that built in flexibility - if Ericsson SMEs are required - ELRI facilitates Ericsson services paticipation.
