In the 5G era synchronization is even more crucial than in the past. This paper proposes a solution with related proof of concept based on SDN and NFV principles, to offer “Synchronization “as a service with defined SLA where radio interworks with transport network composed by heterogenous data-plane, control-plane technology and vendor.
