Xavier joined ERICSSON as a radio technical expert in 1997 for mobile access solutions and since 2004 for transmission solutions for mobile and fixed networks.

Since 1975, he has been a member of the young scientists' club of the city of Paris (GAREF AEROSPATIAL) where he actively participated in the design and development of various rockets, sounding balloons and on-board experiments. In particular, he was the project manager for the THESEE experiment launched in 1982 by the 4th test flight of ARIANE from the Kourou space flight center and put into orbit around the Earth.

He also held project manager positions for the design and development of various fixed and mobile radio solutions at ALCATEL TELSPACE and SAGEM. He is the author and co-authors of several patents and international publications in the field of radio, countermeasures, modeling, and space.

He is very involved with engineering students as a teacher and technical expert consultant in the fields of student space projects.
