Ericsson’s risk assessments related to fundamental human rights and working conditions have not identified any risks specific to its Norwegian operations and the Company has therefore concluded that the activities of the Norwegian entity are sufficiently covered by group-wide due diligence frameworks and actions, which address matters such as health, safety and wellbeing, working conditions and labor rights, equal opportunities, measures against discrimination and harassment, as well as privacy and freedom of expression.
