The Ericsson Studio in India is an experiential showcase of how connectivity is making the unimaginable possible for people, business and society. Join us as we take you through a journey of Ericsson’s vision, latest solutions and use cases across 4G/5G, IoT, Digital Services and more. It is an important platform for our customers, industry partners, government and other stakeholders to engage with us on topics relevant to the current and future markets. The Studio was opened in 2011 and until today had more than 23,000 visitors. It is largely visited by customers in the Indian subcontinent and South Asia but often sees visitors from other regions as well, both face-to-face and virtually. Studio is also capable of doing live streaming in various events across the region.

Holographic Communication. Holographic communication is blending the real world and the virtual world into a cyber-physical continuum. It enabling immersive, real-time, 3D experiences that can be built with consumer-grade mobile devices over 5G, thereby providing a greater sense of spatial awareness, proximity, and presence.

It is built to meet enterprise Information Technology and Operation Technology users' self-management needs, while keeping sensitive data safe on site.
Internet of Skills: Internet of Skills refers to the ability of using communication networks that convey not only images and sound, but the sense of touch, combined with virtual reality technologies. This live demonstration is the next level of remote communication in healthcare sector. It showcases the ability to examine remote patients and to transfer these skills through virtual environment and haptic feedback over the network.
Mixed Reality Mining: This demo shows the possibilities and future concepts on the AR and VR which can be adapted for a mining use case. It offers users a chance to experience what could be done with great connectivity, i.e. 5G, precise positioning, and augmented, mixed and virtual reality (AR/MR/VR) in a mining context, with the primary aim to support the interplay between human mine workers and automated systems.
