      Building foundational and future-ready skills

      Our approach spans the full learning journey, from early exposure to advanced university-level skills.

      Ericsson Digital Lab introduces learners aged 11–16 to robotics, coding, AI, and electronics through hands-on experiences, building confident creators.

      At the university level, Ericsson Educate offers free, self-paced learning in 5G, IoT, automation, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity. The 21st Century Technologies program builds digital literacy, while 5G University delivers industry-relevant training.

      Together, these programs help learners apply emerging technologies in real-world contexts, strengthening employability and supporting workforce development.

      Since 2010, Connect To Learn has reached more than 670,000 learners across 47 countries, expanding access to digital education at scale.

      Our model brings together governments, universities, customers, and civil society to ensure programs are locally relevant, inclusive, and sustainable.
