I pursued a degree in Production Management and during my second year of studies, I was fortunate to kickstart my career at Ericsson as an intern. My initial role was as a PCBA Process Engineering Trainee, a position that was challenging and far outside my comfort zone. Despite this, the experience proved invaluable, pushing me to grow and adapt quickly. What attracted me to Ericsson initially was the company's reputation for innovation and its flexible and tech-advanced work environment. The prospects for growth and development here are exceptional! After my internship, I was happy to be offered a permanent position, and since then, my journey with Ericsson has been enriching and transformative.
Currently, I am working as an NPI (New Product Introduction) Coordinator. In this role, I oversee the entire lifecycle of new product introduction projects, from conception to production. This dynamic position involves coordinating NPI builds and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of high-quality products. My job includes a lot of teamwork which makes this position exciting and never dulling. I find this work particularly fascinating because it allows me to evaluate and refine NPI processes, enhancing efficiency and driving innovation. Witnessing a product evolve from an idea to a tangible item for a customer keeps me motivated.
