Here innovation becomes reality, from autonomous robots to developing Ericsson products, testing solutions for global usage, AI, machine learning and everything in between. Currently we are building a new smart hub, located in Ülemiste City, the largest business park and future-oriented urban area in the Baltics, that will be operational-ready in early 2026.

Next-Generation Technology Hub coming soon!
Starting this year, we are building a new smart hub, located in Ülemiste City, the largest business park and future-oriented urban area in the Baltics, which will be operational-ready in early 2026. The new hub will merge all current facilities and operations for enabling teams to thrive, have a symbiotic collaboration with R&D and customers, and support Ericsson’s Net Zero journey via sustainable operations that cut carbon emissions.
The investment, valued at EUR 155 million, will be automated, innovation-driven, sustainable, and successful as a launching pad for next-generation technologies. Operations in Estonia will be consolidated into this single, state-of-the-art, 50,000-square-meter tech hub comprising R&D, test labs, warehouses, production, and offices. The investment in future technologies and sustainability will create a space of innovation and automation. It will be the workplace of the future that prioritizes collaboration, employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and equity and is attractive to employees in the local and global talent market.
