"I joined Ericsson as a trainee in Agile Lead position in June 2020 and continued at this role for a year. Agile Lead’s role was to help the team to stay focused on goals and deliver outstanding results as fast as possible. It was a great journey to collaborate with other Agile Leads to increase the effectiveness of Agile implementation in Ericsson. In 2022 I was asked to support a project during an intense period in addition to my existing role. With a great project team together, we managed to achieve the important project milestone on time and deliver the product successfully on the market. Since that time, I felt more interest towards project management and I decided to join the Massive MIMO project managers team late 2022.
During the last 2 years, I have been working with complex and high-runner projects focused on delivering products on time to Ericsson's key customers in the USA, it’s such an exciting role! I feel passionate about the team I work with, Ericsson’s multicultural diversity and inclusion environment. I like to be and feel a part of the cultural journey Ericsson is on. I am excited about the company’s and technology transformation in the future.
