I’ve spent 15 years working in telecommunications, taking on different roles and responsibilities along the way. One of the things I’ve always appreciated about my career at Ericsson is the freedom to shape my path and explore various opportunities.
Throughout my time here, I’ve been inspired by the challenge of tackling complex problems and creating solutions that genuinely make a difference. What stands out most for me is the collaboration with diverse teams—there’s something special about bringing together different perspectives to solve problems and innovate.
