Who we are and what we do

Innovate
We have 3 Ericsson R&D centers across Germany and an Ericsson 5G Device Hub in Düsseldorf.

Enable
We contribute to 5G ecosystems and business growth through public and campus (private) networks.

Build
We provide network roll-out services and automation for telecommunications operators and service providers in Germany.

Manage
We centrally monitor and control networks at the Ericsson Network Operations Center in Hamburg.

Approximately 40% of global mobile traffic runs through their networks, which serve over 1 billion subscribers. Most often we are hiring for roles such as Telecom Tower Technician, Field Technician, Survey Technician, Field Service Manager, Fiber Installation Technician, and Implementation Coordinator.
The Field Services Professionals will work in the field to operate, repair, and maintain telecom and IT systems.
