Meet Dominik Brodschelm, Head of Launch Management & Verification Coordination

My journey with Ericsson

I joined Ericsson three years ago, bringing with me a background in industrial metrology and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Technical University Vienna and Queensland University of Technology Brisbane, Australia.

My journey with the company began as an Industrialization Manager in the R&D department, where I contributed to launching passive antenna projects into production sites in Mexico and Romania. This role gave me invaluable insights into the operational and technological intricacies of antenna production.

Being from the region, I feel fortunate to have such a globally impactful company right here in my home area, offering incredible opportunities close to home.

Eager to broaden my perspective, I took on a new challenge by stepping into a leadership role as line manager for the Verification Coordination team in R&D. Within 10 months, the scope of my responsibilities expanded as my team grew, leading to my current role as Head of Launch Management & Verification Coordination.

My work is part of a very innovative Industrialization department, where we strive to turn ideas into reality and ensure our products create a positive lasting impact. In this role, I oversee both verification and launch management, ensuring that our innovative solutions meet the highest standards and are successfully delivered to market.
