I joined Ericsson five years ago as an Integration Engineer and for more than a year now I am the technical coordinator for device and network verification team in Dusseldorf.
Currently, in my position I am the main contact between chipset vendors, network operators, and internal teams to ensure smooth integration of 5G and LTE solutions. I manage and coordinate RAN projects, including planning, testing, and deployment, making sure all technical requirements are met.
Ericsson has been the first job in the technical area and I would say it has helped me grow a lot, not only professionally and technically, but also grow as a person and gain habits that I use in my daily life.
What I love the most
PEOPLE. Despite all challenges we all have to face at work like tight deadlines, customer interactions and reaching their satisfaction, I had/have collegues that I can count on helping and collaborating with me to achieve the same goals.
Being part of the team that has members from all over the world, has helped me gain different perspective and useful approaches that I use both in work and life. I feel that different backgrounds lead to more creative solutions, better decision-making and a more collaborative environment.
For many of them, I am very happy to even call them friends instead of just colleagues. Coming from a different country, could be a bit intimidating at first, but will great people around you at work it becomes easier.
