Every success begins with the people who surround you. My career journey highlights not only personal growth but also the incredible individuals who shaped my path.

I started as a Field Maintenance Engineer at Ericsson Kazakhstan, where I learned every problem is a challenge with a solution. When that chapter ended, I joined Kcell as an Optimization Radio Engineer, where I realized the importance of pursuing goals despite obstacles. This inspired me to complete my master’s degree and explore opportunities abroad.

My next adventure was in Ukraine with Ericsson as a Service Delivery Manager. There, I gained valuable experience in customer relations and learned that trust is the foundation of success. The warmth and support of the people in Ukraine made this a transformative period. However, the war forced me to leave suddenly a reminder of life’s fragility.

Relocating to Germany, I continued as a Service Delivery Manager for Vodafone. Adapting to a new culture and working in an international team was both challenging and rewarding. Support from mentors and colleagues helped me navigate these changes. Now in my second year in Germany, I’ve grown and evolved. What’s next remains uncertain, but kindness, dreams, and happiness remain my guiding principles.
