After re-joining Ericsson, my biggest highlight has been feeling like I never left. I returned because of the great work culture and work-life balance. My career aspiration is to stay updated with technology, and Ericsson is the perfect place for that. I've gone full circle, transitioning from Operations to learning virtualized node deployment. I demonstrate Ericsson Values by organizing work effectively, helping teammates, learning and sharing knowledge, and effective communication. Ericsson stands out by staying ahead in new technologies and quickly preparing resources. What motivates me here is learning new technologies, well-defined processes, and maintaining work-life balance.

I re-joined as I feel respected and appreciated here by my team and my leaders. The appreciation and recognition I receive from my team and my leaders for whatever little work I do is exactly what was missing in my previous organization and what motivated me to rejoin Ericsson. Also, the work-life balance here at Ericsson is unmatched and this helps me enjoy my work and not miss out on other important aspects of my life.  My career aspirations involve working on AI/ML and cloud technologies, and I trust Ericsson to provide opportunities for my growth. I uphold Ericsson Values through professionalism, respect, perseverance, and integrity. Ericsson stands out by empowering employees with tools, trust, a sense of belonging, and unwavering support in times of challenge. Continuous learning, respect, and recognition motivate me at Ericsson.

Despite the challenges of the COVID era, I'm grateful for my fantastic team and the recognition I've received for my work. I came back to Ericsson because of its great work culture, work-life balance, and the amazing team and managers here. My career aspirations include improving my leadership skills, and Ericsson has provided me with opportunities to lead and grow in confidence. I embody Ericsson's values by managing my time efficiently, being customer-centric, showing empathy, keeping commitments, practicing transparency, and taking responsibility for my actions. Ericsson stands out by consistently meeting customer needs on time. What motivates me here is learning, process improvement, problem-solving, completing challenging projects, and receiving recognition and rewards.

I rejoined Ericsson for the third time, mainly because of the exceptional work-life balance they offer, which I haven't found elsewhere, even during COVID. This decision was influenced by my marriage, as it enables me to efficiently manage my time between work, family, and personal life. In my one year here, I've experienced a fantastic team, recognition for my efforts, a great work culture, and the opportunity to develop my leadership skills. “At Ericsson, I've learned to manage my time effectively, maintain good work habits, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for my actions.” Additionally, meeting customer needs on time and continuously learning and improving are key aspects of my work at Ericsson.
