I am Vishal Jek Mohan. I have the privilege of leading CNS CU NEA within the MMEA CSS organization at Ericsson. I’ve been with Ericsson since 2008—yes, that’s 17 years and counting. It’s been a journey marked by transformation, both personal and professional. Over the years, I’ve worn different hats, worked across regions, and been part of some truly game-changing shifts in the telecom space. Through it all, what’s remained constant is my passion for driving impact and my belief in the power of technology to shape a better-connected future.
My journey
My journey at Ericsson has been nothing short of dynamic. It’s been a blend of innovation, constant learning, and leading with purpose. I’ve had the privilege to work across regions and functions with incredibly talented people who bring their A-game every day. Each chapter has pushed me out of my comfort zone—in the best way possible. From solving complex challenges to celebrating shared wins, it’s been a thrilling ride with a few time zone math headaches thrown in for good measure.
My favorite thing about Ericsson is, hands down, the people and the purpose. We’re not just here to build networks; we’re connecting lives, communities, and futures. I love that our work has a real impact. And beyond that, there’s a deep sense of trust and collaboration across the board. There’s also an open runway to innovate, lead, and grow. Ericsson truly gives you the platform to be bold—and then backs you up when you are.
