Ericsson offers two categories of summer internships:
- Research & Development - Designed for students in Engineering Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Business & Operations - Targeted towards students in Industrial Management, HR, Marketing, Business, Law, or related fields

We kindly ask you to upload an English version of your resume. English is our main working language and many of our managers and supervisors are English speaking.
Our summer internships are highly competitive, we receive thousands of applications for a limited number of positions and selection decisions reflect a range of factors including academic level, relevant experience, and the specific requirements of each role. Some positions may prioritize candidates who are pursuing a master’s degree, while others are open to students at the bachelor’s level.
We encourage you to apply, as strong applications that demonstrate relevant skills, enthusiasm, and potential are always considered. If you are not selected this year, please consider applying again next year when you’ve probably improved with additional study and professional development.
Most internships run from June to August. We can be flexible with start and end dates so that it suits your studies. Once you start, you’re expected to work full time during the agreed period.
During the summer, you will join a team and be supported by a supervisor who will provide guidance, help you settle in, and work with you to create a plan for your internship. In addition to one-on-one support from your manager, there are many program activities throughout the summer, such as guest talks, social events, hackathons, and workshops that offer learning and networking opportunities. We are committed to making sure you have the resources and support you need, and we encourage you to connect with fellow interns to make the most of your experience.
