Push the boundaries of what's possible
GO Beyond is a program that searches for early career talent who will challenge our senior leaders, drive change, and shape the future. The program is designed to nurture the industry's best NextGen talent. If you have had one or two professional roles already, made a big impact, and are ready for the next challenge - read on!
Who we are looking for
We are looking for people with a can-do attitude and challenger mindset who can drive simplification. People who have at least one or two professional roles under their belt already, have made an impact, and are ready for the next challenge!
What you will experience
You will experience a rapid, enriching learning environment where you'll pick up some of the industry's hottest skills. But it's not a classroom. You're employing those skills on the job every day. And you'll be surrounded by an ecosystem of support with coaching and guidance from top experienced professionals across the Ericsson global ecosystem.
Why we are investing in this program
This is an important investment for Ericsson because we are always looking for diverse external market perspectives and thought leadership to broaden our intelligence. The cross-pollination of skills that naturally occurs as you rapidly move through multiple departments helps us create a more resilient and agile company.
One key reason we guide GO Beyond participants through various departments within our Global Operations team is the remarkable diversity of roles available. With Purchasing, Strategy, Real Estate, IT, Data, and Sales Support teams under one umbrella, we offer a unique array of learning opportunities and positions.
Whether you're a Digital Workplace Specialist, Purchasing Category Manager, Improvement & Performance Manager, or IT Project Manager, we'll match you with the ideal role and equip you with the skills needed for effortless role transitions in the future as part of the program.
Will a human review my application?
At Ericsson, we don’t believe a computer should make a decision about a human. Technology can support, inform, or accelerate decisions, but a human will always be the first and last person in a hiring decision. Our recruiting team works hard to review every application.
How do you manage bias?
We have intentionally designed our search process with three stages and different medium for creative outlet. More voices in candidate evaluation help assure we hear from different perspectives, and more mediums allow you to share your voice in the format where you are most creative and adept.
When will the final selections take place?
We aim to move as quickly as possible while assuring we remained unbiased, fair, and rigorous in the assessment of applicants. Final decisions for the rotation program will take place at the end of November. We will begin hiring our second cohort in 2024.
Will I receive feedback?
If your application is selected for the final interview (approximately 10% of applicants) and you are not selected for a role, you may elect to receive personalized feedback from the assessment team.
How often will I hear back?
We like to balance personalization with speed. After you hit submit, you can expect to receive an immediate automated confirmation that we’ve received your application. If your application is selected, you’ll receive another automated invitation to participate in a short, creative submission. If your submission is selected from there, you will receive a more personalized communication from our recruiting team. On average, you should hear from us every four business days.
What happens after the program?
After the 12-month program, participants return to their home organization. Though you will experience different Global Operations departments and skills, your manager and home organization will remain constant.
