Who we are looking for
We are looking for people with a can-do attitude and challenger mindset who can drive simplification. People who have at least one or two professional roles under their belt already, have made an impact, and are ready for the next challenge!

Diverse roles across key areas
One of the GO Beyond Program's key strengths is Ericsson's remarkable diversity of roles across various strategic departments.
Through our global program, you’ll gain exposure to critical areas such as Sourcing, Strategy, IT, Data, Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, People, Employee Experience, and Digital Transformation. This allows you to explore and develop expertise in roles that contribute to Ericsson’s transformation journey.
The program consists of 12 roles divided into 3 overall themes; Strategic Growth and Transformation, Data-Driven Operations and Transformation, and Digital Transformation and Technology Integration. The roles are:
- EIT M&A – Project Manager / IT M&A Analyst
- EIT Experience Lead – Employee Experience
- Group Strategy – Strategy Analyst
- Group Sourcing Projects – Change and Transformation Lead
- EIT Enablement – Change Management Lead
- Group Data - Global Data Compliance Coordinator
- Business Empowerment – IT Product Owner Sourcing
- EIT Core Operations – Service Integration Manager
- Global Business Services - Performance Management Analyst
- Group Digital Transformation - Digital Transformation Consultant
- Global Business Services: AI/Automation Consultant
- Group Sourcing – Data Analyst
