Cognitive Planning area helps customers to proactively identify and solve network bottlenecks, as well as poor RF environment that could lead to bad user experience. This is achieved while minimizing CAPEX and OPEX investment by several AI-based SW features through 

• End-to-end network performance prediction and evaluation of current resources’ capability to handle the forecasted traffic growth. Wherever a network capacity issue is detected, an appropriate solution is proposed based on custom QoS requirements in a highly automated and coordinated way.
• Leveraging subscriber data and geolocation of call traces to get digital maps that are used for selection of those locations, and their antenna physical parameters, that best meet a certain user-defined criteria.  By means of capturing the real traffic from end users through driveless techniques there is no need of costly fine-tuned predictions, reducing the CO2 footprint consequently.
