rApps are software applications designed to run on the Ericsson Intelligent Controller (EIC) to realize different RAN management and optimization use cases in an automated way, with control loops on a time scale of one second and longer.

Ericsson offers a portfolio of services for an efficient design, installation and integration of rApps into EIC through automated pipelines, continuous access to software updates, automated monitoring and incident handling to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency, as well as training and consultancy services to speed up the competence level and transform the network operations.

Operators will benefit of streamlined pipelines for continuous access to software updates, fault isolation and assistance to reported incidents on Ericsson rApps with committed SLAs, detect and prevent potential issues before impacting the network performance and transform the network operations leveraging from rApps capabilities.
