AIR 6494 is a TDD Massive MIMO mid-band radio designed to deliver high capacity, extended coverage and improved energy efficiency in a single solution. With 64 transmitters and 64 receivers (64T/64R), 256 antenna elements, and 480 W output power, it supports strong downlink and uplink performance for demanding 5G deployments.  

Supporting 200 MHz total carrier bandwidth and ≥400 MHz instantaneous bandwidth, AIR 6494 enables operators to deploy one wide-band radio instead of two, simplifying network design.  

The radio is Open RAN prepared with 2×50 Gbps eCPRI fronthaul, uses passive cooling, and combines high performance with a compact 30 kg form factor to support scalable, energy-efficient 5G evolution.
