Radio 6628
Radio 6628 is an outdoor 6T/6R FDD 3 sector dual band radio with six antenna ports, supporting GSM, LTE, NR, and NB IoT.
With configurable output power up to 900W and a flexible 6TX/6RX supporting three sectors with 2T2R per sector, it address simplified site designs and delivers strong coverage and high capacity for B1/B3 deployments. It features two CPRI/eCPRI ports and supports AISG, Tower Mounted Amplifiers, and Remote Electrical Tilt via RS 485 or RF connectors.
Achieving 25% more configurable power while cutting weight by 24%, Radio 6628 reduces tower load and installation effort without compromising performance. As part of the Ericsson Radio System portfolio, it offers excellent radio efficiency and power performance to extend cell reach, optimize capacity, and simplify modern 3GPP network deployments.
