Continuous enhancement of energy efficiency is one way to become even more sustainable. Through our leadership in communications technology, Ericsson continues to improve quality of life and a more resource-efficient world.
Integrity and ethics has always played a significant part in the way Ericsson conducts business. Ericsson continues to further strengthen this through its Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, which is aimed toward all its employees.
During 2003, Ericsson Response(TM) assisted in a number of disaster relief operations, including the earthquake in Bam, Iran, and in the earthquake outside of Alger, Algeria, as well as assisted in the humanitarian operations in Liberia. Also, a number of corporate citizenship programs are running in most markets Ericsson is present.
