Hackathon winners from UAE visit Ericsson’s headquarters in Sweden

The hackathon was inspired by UAE Vision 2021 and focused on identifying innovative and commercially viable solutions showcasing the power of connectivity and 5G.

The delegation included members of the Together Apart Hackathon winning team, Team RenAIssance, whose solution, a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform that integrates disruptive technologies and innovations in medical Internet of Things (IoT) devices and 5G technology, focuses on the healthcare industry. 

The team was welcomed at the Ericsson Imagine Studio, visited the Experience Center and met with Ericsson leaders, innovation experts, and specialists. The experts shared Ericsson’s vision, and innovations across technologies like 4G, 5G, Internet of Things (IoT) and digital twins, Social and Corporate Responsibility, and entrepreneurship. They also explored the potential and power of limitless connectivity, to transform other sectors and industries.
