Ericsson hosts ‘Imagine Live’ 2026 in Oman to support the Sultanate’s digital transformation journey

 

Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) successfully concluded Imagine Live in Oman, bringing together telecom partners and communication service providers (CSPs) to explore the future of connectivity and support digital transformation journeys aligned with Oman Vision 2040. 

Aligned with Ericsson’s Mobile World Congress 2026 theme, “Enter New Horizons,” the event provided a platform for strategic dialogue and collaboration across the telecom ecosystem, showcasing how future-ready networks can support Oman’s evolving digital economy and unlock new opportunities across industries. 

Imagine Live featured expert-led sessions, live demonstrations, and interactive showcases highlighting Ericsson’s latest innovations across differentiated connectivity, cloud-native core, automation, network intelligence, Mission Critical Networks (MCN), and the evolution toward 6G. Participants experienced how advanced network technologies can help CSPs deliver high-performing, scalable, and more sustainable networks while enabling next-generation digital services. 

During the event, Ericsson also hosted a high-level panel discussion in collaboration with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority titled “Powering Oman Vision 2040: The Role of Telecom in Oman’s Digital Economy.” The session brought together communication service providers (CSPs) and Telecommunications regulators to discuss how the industry can unlock new services, business models, and differentiated digital experiences for enterprises and society. 

The event reflected Ericsson’s continued commitment to supporting Oman’s digital ambitions through technology leadership and collaboration, building on 150 years of innovation in shaping the future of communications.
