Enabling privacy mechanisms in Apache Storm

Analyzing data streamed into a real-time computation system is becoming popular and is very useful for example when dynamically optimizing telecom networks. Big data analysis is required. There are privacy risks if the data contains personal data, and is made available for other than the core applications of an operator. This paper describes a privacy policy framework, that controls data access in a real-time computation system, like Apache Storm.
