Philipp Bichsel is responsible for Swisscom’s Mobile Network and the Connectivity, Security, and Communication Services portfolio. Swisscom delivers 5G coverage to 99% of Switzerland’s population (86% NR coverage) and has consistently been recognized as the country’s best mobile network - winning the Connect Test for eight consecutive years and the Chip Test for ten. Passionate about shaping the future of connectivity, Philipp and his team are driving Swisscom’s transformation from Telco to TechCo with the recently launched “beem” portfolio - creating innovative services where security and connectivity are seamlessly integrated across mobile and fixed networks. Their focus is on innovation, collaboration, and building solutions that empower a wide range of businesses, from SME to corporates. Philipp joined Swisscom in 2017 and previously led the fiber network strategy, rollout planning, and partner management for nationwide fiber cooperations.

Mats Karlsson is an experienced telecommunications executive and Vice President & Head of Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems within Ericsson Cloud Software & Services. He leads the global organization responsible for the software products and services that deliver business and operations support systems to more than 300 service providers worldwide. With a 35-year career at Ericsson, Mats combines deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to drive network, IT, and operational transformation to accelerate the commercial potential of 5G, autonomous networks and differentiated connectivity.

Mats is widely recognized for his unique perspective and insights of the network, IT and operational transformations that underpin 5G monetization and service innovation.                                                                                                                                                                                    

Mark Düsener is Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO) at Swisscom and a member of the Executive Committee Swisscom Switzerland. He leads the IT, Network & Infrastructure division and drives the modernization of Switzerland’s network landscape as part of Swisscom’s TelCo to TechCo journey. His focus includes advancing Switzerland’s best and smartest network across fixed and mobile, expanding 5G and preparing for 6G, while driving the transformation towards automated, software-driven networks and an AI-driven Swisscom.
 
He joined Swisscom in November 2020 and most recently led the Mobile Network, Mobile Services & B2B Telco unit. Prior to Swisscom, he was Managing Director of Deutsche Telekom Healthcare Solutions GmbH and held various leadership roles at Vodafone Germany.
