Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) today announced its Charging and Billing in One solution has been awarded conformance certification for TM Forum Frameworx Business Process (eTOM) and Information (SID) Frameworks.
TM Forum's Frameworx suite of best practices and standards provides the blueprint for effective, efficient business operations. Frameworx enables service providers to assess and optimize performance using a proven, service-oriented approach to operations and integration.

TM Forum has certified version 3.x of Charging and Billing in One as conformant to Business Process Framework and Information Framework Versions 13. The assessment covered an extensive scope of the Business Process Framework and Information Framework.
