Ericsson has received the Randstad Award for being Russia’s most attractive employer in the telecom industry. Based on one of the world’s largest surveys of employer branding, this ranking reflects more than 7,000 survey participants’ perceptions about working at Ericsson. Considerations for the award include the financial health of the organization, job content, salaries and company stability.

Elena Tergueva, Head of HR Generalist Hub East, was honored to receive the award, noting:

"The Randstad Award is proof of our efforts to represent the company in a professional way and to support the Ericsson brand. I want to thank everyone involved for this excellent achievement."

Not just another employer popularity contest, the Randstad award is grounded in real and sustainable developments within companies. As such, Tergueva notes, the award belongs to every Ericsson employee. "This is a credit to our team, and to all of Ericsson – we all have an impact on Ericsson as an employer, in our collaboration within the organization, at customer meetings, and at various business and social events."

The award is a reflection of teamwork and collaboration at Ericsson and reinforces Ericsson’s drive to continue building a great company.
