Throughout October, employees will participate in both local and global activities to celebrate Diversity Awareness Month. These include workshops, training seminars, social media activities and networking groups. Employees can also show their pride by submitting their profile and picture to the Ericsson World Map.
Ericsson will also release their first Cultural Journeys e-book where employees will provide quips and bits of their Ericsson experiences, along with their favorite recipes. And rounding out the month Ericsson will host inspiring and educational webinars for employees around various strands of diversity including gender, generational, cultural, sexual orientation and disability.
