Ericsson Portugal scoop best company award

For the second consecutive year Ericsson Portugal has been named winner in the "Best Companies to Work for 2015" survey conducted by Accenture and Exame magazine.

The "Best Companies to Work for" study distinguishes the top 100 companies in Portugal with highest employee engagement, based on employees’ questionnaires and an in depth analysis of the Human Capital management practices.

With an engagement level of 87,16%, the three greatest satisfaction factors highlighted by Ericsson employees are strongly related to our company’s solid culture: respect among colleagues, commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility, and knowing and living up to the core values.
