Spark New Zealand has taken the first big step on their transformation journey to become a catalog-driven enterprise with the introduction of their "Smart Prepaid" plan. Powered by Ericsson Catalog Manager and Ericsson Order Care, the Smart Prepaid plan brings simplicity to their prepaid offerings.

As part of their transformation, Spark New Zealand has placed special focus on the customer – by creating offers that are simple to understand and easy to buy and use.

While this is the first step in a larger, enterprise-wide transformation, it is nonetheless a milestone achievement in terms of both the cultural shift required to transform for agility and the positive impact on the customer experience.
