VimpelCom selects Ericsson's MINI-LINK Traffic Node for Russian network expansion

Russian mobile operator VimpelCom and Ericsson have commenced deployment of the MINI-LINK(TM) Traffic Node microwave transmission solution in Russia. The deployment is part of a multi-million dollar agreement that covers the roll-out of GSM/GPRS network infrastructure nationally.

The Work Group presents a proposal to reduce the differences in voting rights in Ericsson to 1:10

The proposal of the Work Group states that the differences in voting rights are reduced to 1:10. The A-shareholders will be entitled, for each A-share, to convert one B-share to one A-share.
