Ericsson joins EU-backed NEXGEN SIMS sustainable mining project
Ericsson has joined the EU-funded Next-Generation Carbon-Neutral Pilots for Smart Intelligent Mining Systems (NEXGEN SIMS) project. The three-year initiative aims to develop autonomous, carbon-neutral mining processes, with 5G connectivity playing a significant role.
