      Ericsson's Board of Directors proposes a Long Term Incentive Plan 2005 for all employees

      The Ericsson Board of directors has decided to present a Long Term Incentive Plan 2005 ("LTI 2005") at its annual general meeting of shareholders. The LTI 2005 is based upon the same principles as the Stock Purchase Plan 2003, which covered all employees and was supplemented by the Long Term Incentive Plan 2004 for key contributors and senior management.

      Transfer of Ericsson own stock in relation to the incentive programs for employees

      The Board of Directors of Ericsson will propose at the annual general meeting of shareholders, in accordance with previous decisions, that Ericsson shall have the right to transfer its own shares in order to cover certain payments that occur in relation to the Company's Global Stock Incentive Program 2001, the Stock Purchase Plan 2003 and the Long Term Incentive Plan 2004.

      Ericsson awarded 3G expansion contract from Far EasTone in Taiwan

      Taiwan operator Far EasTone Telecommunications and its subsidiary Yuan-Ze have selected Ericsson as the supplier for its WCDMA network expansion in Taiwan. Ericsson will deliver a turnkey 3G system to expand Far EasTone/Yuan-Ze's coverage in Northern Taiwan to support its 3G commercial launch.
