Network Manager training portfolio is constantly being updated to keep up to speed with the capabilities of the product and requirements of customer learning to make best use of the product in their OSS environment. Several courses are updated from ENM 19 release and new courses been introduced as well for new learning needs of our customers.
ENM 20 portfolio has been updated with a host of digital learning and live training courses. Delta trainings are still delivered twice a year in the digital format.
- All ILT courses are hands-on and the lab environment works well with all Exercises covered in these standard courses.
- ENM Operations for RAN has been separated according to generations to ease request handling and delivery.
- VNF LCM Training has been separated according to EPC, IMS and UDC target audience needs.
- New training on Geo Redundancy has been introduced as WBL.
