New and updated digital courses for Q3 2026
Networks are becoming more cloud-native and automated. Keep pace with Q3 2026 digital courses across 5G Core, RAN automation, cloud infrastructure, orchestration and BSS—built for real-world operational readiness.
Our Q3 2026 digital learning portfolio brings 14 new courses and four refreshed titles to All Access and All Access PLUS subscribers, spanning radio, cloud infrastructure, automation, orchestration, security, and business support systems. These targeted modules help engineers understand evolving product architectures and capabilities while strengthening the operational knowledge needed to support modern networks.
To connect learning with daily practice, the new Core Networks microlearning series offers 81 demo-based how-to videos for CCDM, CCRC, and CCSM. Most take 5–15 minutes and focus on a specific task, giving engineers practical guidance they can revisit at the point of need.
New initiative: From theory to “how-to”—in minutes.

Training on the horizon
Earlier this year, Learning Services developed microlearning for selected Dual Mode core network functions. In H2 2026, the same approach is being extended across the full portfolio. By year-end, the Digital Split Package is planned to cover all Dual Mode 5G Core network functions. It can serve as an alternative to, or sit alongside, the traditional instructor-led package.
For course information, visit the Dual Mode 5G Core learning path.
Ericsson Learning Services has 5G Advanced training available today. With 6G expected in the coming years and operators asking what it may bring, Learning Services is planning a 6G Orientation digital customer training for November. The course is planned to cover high-level topics on what 6G could involve. Watch this space.
Autonomous Networks are changing how networks are designed and operated. Turning AI, intent-based operations, and closed-loop automation into business results calls for a shared view of the technology and the solutions behind it.
Learning Services is preparing a program that brings together:
- General and specialist Ericsson Autonomous Networks Foundation courses
- Courses on related Ericsson products and solutions
The program will connect core concepts with Ericsson’s portfolio so learners can see how the parts work together. Planned release: Q1 2027.
