Ericsson India receives top awards for OSS/BSS solutions
- Won the Innovative Network Management Solutions Award for the Ericsson Customer Experience Manager at the Aegis Graham Bell 2012 Awards
- Also won the Innovative Vendor Telecom Product Award for Ericsson Converged Application server (CVAS) and the Onsite Service Creation (OSC)
- Fredrik Jejdling, Head of Region, Ericsson India recognized as the one of awardees’ for the ‘Top 20 of the Indian Telecom Industry’

Ericsson India received Innovative Network Management Solutions award and Innovative Vendor Telecom Product award at the Aegis Graham Bell 2012 awards. Fredrik Jejdling, Head of Region, Ericsson India was recognized as the one of awardees for the ‘Top 20 in the Indian Telecom Industry’.
Swati Rangachari, Vice President, Communications and Corporate Affairs, Ericsson India received the award from Rajan Matthews, Director General, COAI. Rangachari said “On behalf of the OSS BSS team at Ericsson, we are very happy to receive these awards from Aegis Graham Bell. Ericsson’s Customer Experience Management (CEM) solution received award the Innovative Network Management Solutions category. Ericsson Experience Manager provides service quality management capability that allows the operators to closely monitor and tightly control service quality, device performance, and customer experience. Operators get the advantage of helping address service assurance and service quality management by seeing services from the subscriber viewpoint. With Experience Manager, operators can boost subscriber satisfaction by enabling them make faster and more informed decisions for a more positive experience.
Ericsson Converged Application server (CVAS) and the Onsite Service Creation (OSC) emerged as the winning solutions for the Innovative Vendor Telecom Product category. The Converged Application server helps operators drive new business models and rapidly adapt to changing market needs, while providing the reliability and control. CVAS allows operators to deliver services by offering a feature-rich and field-proven programmable environment for supporting high-volume, real-time and real-time interactive services. The combination of Converged Application Server and Onsite Service creation allows operators to solve many of the business related problems and achieve service excellence which further is passed on to the end subscriber, in the form of new features.
Aegis Graham Bell Awards honored the best innovations in the field of TIME (Telecom, Internet, Media & Edutainment). This award was initiated by Aegis School of Business and Telecom & 21st Convergence India 2013 and supported by COAI (Cellular Operators Association of India); PwC as Knowledge Partner for validating the awards. The event was represented by Telecom Operators, Enterprise Solution Providers, Equipment Manufacturers, Exporters, Technology Providers, and Systems Integrators from the ICT arena.
