Skattevillkoren i Ericssons rösträttsfråga uppfyllda
Regeringsrätten har nu fastställt förhandsbesked i de skattefrågor som uppställts som förutsättning för att förslaget om reducering av röstvärdesskillnaden mellan A- och B-aktier skall läggas fram på en extra bolagsstämma i Ericsson. Förhandsbeskedet innebär att skatt inte utlöses för aktieägarna i samband med utjämningen av röstvärdesskillnaden till 10:1 och omvandlingen från B- till A-aktier.
The tax conditions regarding Ericsson's voting rights issue fulfilled
The Swedish Supreme Administrative Court (Regeringsrätten) has ruled on those tax issues that are conditions for the proposal, on a reduction of the difference in voting rights, to be submitted for resolution at an Extraordinary General Meeting in Ericsson. The ruling states that the reduction of the difference in voting rights to 10:1 and the conversion from shares of series A to shares of series B do not trigger tax liability for the shareholders.

Faciliteten, vilken förfaller i september 2007, blir tillgänglig i september 2004, och kommer då att ersätta den nuvarande kreditfaciliteten om en miljard USD, som då förfaller.
Ericsson amends revolving USD 1 billion credit facility
Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson has signed an amendment that improves the terms and conditions of its USD one billion revolving credit facility. The amended facility, maturing in September 2007 and structured as a forward start agreement (FSA), will replace the existing facility of USD one billion, which matures in September 2004.
Ericsson supplies full commercial EDGE system for EMT
Estonian mobile operator EMT has today launched their commercial EDGE service. Ericsson is sole supplier of a full commercial EDGE system to EMT. The upgrade of their existing GSM/GPRS Ericsson network in Estonia will enhance the usage of consumer and enterprise services.
Ericsson and Telenor sign global microwave transmission agreement
Ericsson has been chosen as a supplier of microwave transmission for the Norwegian operator Telenor. The frame agreement covers all Telenor group affiliates worldwide.
