Ericsson has appointed Marita Hellberg as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Function People and Culture. She succeeds Britt Reigo who has decided to retire at 60 years of age. Marita Hellberg joins Ericsson from the Swedish construction company, NCC were she holds the position as Senior Vice President Human Resources.
Ericsson chosen as supplier for Swisscom's new fixed line voice network
Ericsson has been chosen as one supplier for Swisscom's upgraded fixed line voice network. The deal includes delivery of hardware, software and maintenance services. The project will be implemented during 2003 and 2004.

Tillsammans med Carl-Henric Svanberg utgör Per-Arne Sandström och Karl-Henrik Sundström Ericssons nya verkställande ledning från och med 8 april 2003.
