Ericsson comments on Moody's rating
Moody's today announced that it has downgraded the long-term credit rating of Ericsson from Ba1 to Ba2, removing the Credit Watch status, but leaving the Outlook Negative. Our short-term rating was not under review and is not affected by this action.
Ericsson selected for USD 155 M GPRS/GSM expansion by Thai operator AIS
Ericsson has been selected by Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), as sole supplier of an end-to-end GPRS network and expansion of the Thai mobile operator's nation-wide GSM network. The orders are valued at USD 155 million.

Ericsson: Rights offering significantly over-subscribed
Further to the end of the subscription period for Ericsson's rights offering of approximately SEK 30 billion, preliminary results indicate that more than 99.5 percent of the new B shares offered, representing gross proceeds of approximately SEK 29.9 billion, have been subscribed for by the exercise of rights.
