Marie Hogan

As the Head of 6G Portfolio Strategy at Ericsson's Business Area Networks, Marie is responsible for driving the strategy for Ericsson’s 6G radio access networks portfolio.

While driving network evolution towards 2030 and beyond, her focus is on the beneficial innovations that 6G will bring whilst leveraging on 5G to enable the smooth introduction of 6G.  

Marie works with technologies and strategies in the areas of XR/immersive communication, massive digital twinning, sustainable and efficient mobile broadband, ISAC (integrated sensing and communication), energy performance, spatial data and the optimization of spectrum utilization for the future intelligent, AI-native, multi-layer networks.

Marie has been involved in the mobile telephony industry for more than 30 years. In addition to radio access networks, she has also worked with core network, transport network and security solutions.

She holds a Master of Science in Technology Management.
