Ericsson introduces a hyperscale cloud solution
All businesses are becoming software companies and all are becoming "information enabled". In the near future companies will be dependent on 10x the IT capacity yet they will not have 10x the budget to deliver it. This means the approach must change. Leveraging cloud to deliver software at a faster pace exposes the company to higher levels of risk. This means they have to burden IT with policies that slow down development efforts.
Ericsson embarks on joint 5G research with KT
- Ericsson signs MoU with KT for collaboration on technologies related to next-generation networks at Mobile World Congress
- Ericsson and KT will collaborate in diverse areas including 5G network architecture, small cells and heterogeneous networks, and massive connectivity for IoT

Rwandan Government and Ericsson partner to drive ‘SMART Rwanda’ initiative
Rwanda is steadily moving towards its vision of becoming an information-rich and knowledge-based society.
This new agreement will facilitate the implementation of ‘SMART Rwanda’, with the aim of positioning Rwanda as an ICT hub for the region.
Ericsson to work closely with government and private agencies to scope the roadmap and implement solutions for Smart Rwanda.
