Our organization

We have a solution-based Go-to-Market approach built on close cooperation between Business Areas and Market Areas. There are currently five established Market Areas selling and delivering customer solutions, with focus on creating winning customer experiences, and there are four Business Areas who are responsible for developing and maintaining products and service offerings and to secure delivery capability.

The Board of Directors appoints the President and CEO and the Executive Vice Presidents.    

The President and CEO handle the day-to-day management of the company in accordance with guidelines issued by the Board of Directors. The Executive Team is established to support the President and CEO. The Executive Team is primarily formed by Heads of Business Areas, Heads of Market Areas and Heads of Group Functions. Group functions have overall responsibility in its functional area for leadership, development of group policies and directives as well as common group processes.
